Thiago Licias de Oliveira is the founder of Unmaze, a global HR and Talent Management executive turned entrepreneur.
He brings over 20 years of experience across Fortune 100 companies, high-growth startups, and mission-driven organizations, with senior roles at Lucent Technologies, Avaya, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Johnson & Johnson. Thiago blends the rigor of large enterprises with the agility and invention of high-growth startups, integrating two decades of operator experience with evidence-based methods from organizational science, leadership, and human behavior.
He holds an MBA from ESADE Business School (Spain) and NYU Stern (USA), is a graduate of the Georgetown Leadership Coaching Program, an ICF ACC-certified coach, and is completing a Master’s in Leadership and Organizational Change at Case Western Reserve University.
Beyond work, Thiago is known for his homemade gelato and his intricate Lego creations, both expressions of his passion for designing new possibilities where creativity meets science.
